Any of you who have taken the time to read my previous posts
on this blog might very well get a little kick out of what I am about to share.
I felt it had been too long since my last post, but I also didn’t just want to
come on and talk about how wonderful Submission Works really is. If you have
read those posts, that is something you already know, so I thought it would be
fun to come up with a little bit of a challenge that would put the SW software
to the test. I decided to read back at my previous posts in search of an idea
and I was struck by a little bit of inspiration.
One of my previous posts spoke about how I was tearing my
hair out in frustration, while another spoke about how the Submission Works
program works with any kind of link. I decided to put that to the test by
having an e-book about male pattern baldness written, with possible prevention
tips thrown into the mix. I put together a fairly simple blog that took seconds
to upload and then invested a few bucks in a domain name that was on a month to
month basis.
I decided that I would test it for 3 months, using nothing
but the Submission Works software to promote the page. I added a few slightly
re-worded PLR articles about baldness and then offered up the e-book to those
that signed up for my mailing list. I also signed up as an affiliate for a
fairly well-known baldness prevention treatment that is pretty popular online.
I added a banner to that on the page, but also planned on seeing if I could
sell any units through the newsletter. To me, this would be the ultimate test
of Submission Works, especially as it was the only way I was going to promote
the site.
I would love to say that I was surprised by the results, but
I have become so accustomed to how well the program works that I am not really
surprised by anything it does anymore. In the space of just 2 weeks, I had just
shy of 100 opt-ins to the e-mail newsletter, as well as 3 sales from the banner
clicks on the site. That may not sound like a lot, but it would have been
enough to pay for the cost of my Submission Works membership for the month,
with still plenty of time remaining to make more.
And that is exactly what happened, with over 1,000 e-mail
subscribers all signed up at the end of the 3-month period. On top of that, I
also had a very nice little income from the sales made, with the biggest chunk
of those coming via links in the newsletter. The point of all of this is that I
set up a website in minutes, with my only costs being the domain name and the
Submission Works membership. That is something that anyone can do, and if you
consider that you can do it with 7 different sites, it’s easy to see how making
money online has never been easier thanks to Submission Works.
